Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets a 30 day trial with full access, and no card is needed to sign up. There is also a free plan you can stay on afterwards, within its monthly limits.
Which file types can I send for signature?
You can upload a PDF or a Word document, start from a template in the library, or write the document in the editor. Fields are placed on the page before you send it.
How do signers prove who they are?
You choose per signer. A one time code by email is available on every plan, and one time codes by SMS and WhatsApp are included from the Starter plan upwards. Access codes and identity steps are also available, and every step taken is recorded on the signing certificate.
Can I take payment when a document is signed?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. A payment can be attached to a document and collected through Stripe as the document completes, and you can also raise quotes and invoices with their own payment links.
Which currencies can I be billed in?
Pounds, US dollars, euros, Canadian dollars and Australian dollars. Pounds is the base price and the other currencies are converted at an indicative rate, so they are shown with a "≈" and the pound amount is the exact one.
Can my colleagues use the same workspace?
Yes. A workspace is shared: you invite colleagues and give each of them an owner or member role, and documents, templates, contacts and invoices are shared across it. Unlimited team members are included on the Business plan.
Is there an API?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. The API and webhooks let you create and track documents from your own systems, and public signing forms let anyone start a document from a link you publish.
